  15. Is there such a thing as the BEST comm.drv for Windows?.  I'm running Win3.1 and a 
  16. 14.4 GVC internal modem (v42bis).  I have tried a couple but I still hope I can do better,
  17. my initial connect message is at 144000 v42bis, but the data displayed about the connection 
  18. from the other end is only 19.2.  Is this a comm.drv problem?  I have also tried RHSICOMM.DRV
  19. that came with Bitware but I still only get 19.2.  Is it possible my computer won't go fast 
  20. enough (386DX25 ISA bus)?

  22. Any opinions, along with sites to retreive drivers from from would be greatly appreciated.
